July 6, 2013 exchange:

 Lots of herbs and greens!

[We had several other exchanges in 2012, I just didn't get around to documenting them!]

We had our first 2012 exchange on June 23rd. We had offerings of:
arugula, lettuce, chives, lemon basil, lemon balm, oregano, garlic, radishes, beets and saskatoons (a.k.a. serviceberries or juneberries)

 ALL FRESH, LOCAL AND FREE!

Our final exchange for 2011 was September 24, 2011. We had offerings of: 
pumpkins, carrots, Swiss chard, grapes, sorrel, cherry tomatoes, hot peppers, sweet banana peppers, raspberry canes and herbs galore (parsley, sage, chives, green & purple basil, lemon balm, mint, anise


At our August 20th exchange we had offerings of:
Swiss chard, beans, peppers (red, sweet banana, hot), zucchini, cucumbers, rhubarb, carrots, green onions, lots o' tomatoes (beefsteak, Lemon Boy, yellow pear), parsley, sage, rosemary, dill and mint
At our August 6th exchange the offerings included:
Cucuzza (Italian summer squash), garlic, green beans, two kinds of tomatoes, green, red and yellow banana sweet peppers, hot peppers, Swiss chard, rhubarb, radicchio, mint, oregano, parsley and cilantro.


At our July 23rd exchange, the offerings included: 
raspberries, lettuce, Swiss chard, green & yellow beans, Baby tiger zucchini, hot peppers, sweet banana peppers, rhubarb, garlic, oregano, 3 kinds of basil, mint, cilantro, parsley and chives.
 
At our July 9th, exchange the offerings included:
raspberries, Swiss chard, lettuce, arugula/spinach mix, rhubarb, mint, oregano, anise, Greek basil, thyme, lemon balm, garlic chives and parsley.



Our first official exchange took place on June 25th, 2011. 

The offerings included:

Cilantro, dill, spearmint, peppermint, chives, garlic chives, oregano, lettuce, arugula, two kinds of basil, lovage, parsley, sage, thyme, summer savory, lemon balm, rhubarb and a variety of plants (echinacea, coral bells, daisy, black eyed susan)

[Note: Each participant did not receive every item on the list, but everyone received an equal number of items]
